Your legal rights

When buying goods from our website in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty at the time of delivery or misdescribed.

All items are made to order

• There is no right of return on bespoke goods that are made to the consumer's specification and/or measurements.
• The consumer's legal right to cancel without giving a reason expires after 14 days from receipt of the goods.
• The cost of return is down to the consumer fi the goods are not damaged or misdescribed.
• The returned goods if not damaged at the time of delivery or misdescribed must be in a condition for re-sale, for a refund to be given.
• Timber is a natural product that will weather over time, which may result in warping, splits, sap residue, changes in colour, movemant/gaps and knot holes. These issues are normal characteristics and are therefore not covered by the returns policy.
• Hot dip galvanising can eave the surface with some roughness, drips and irregularities, due to the rapid cooling and solidifying of the zinc.This must be appreciated.
